Advanced Discovery, LLC, an e-discovery company, is proud to announce that it has closed on a series of transactions to acquire Relevant Data Technologies, LLC out of Austin, Digital Copy, LLC out of Dallas and the litigation support service division of Texas Star Document Services, Inc. out of Austin.??The parties have completed the transaction to be effective May 1, 2012.??After the transaction, all of the Texas companies will conduct business under the Advanced Discovery banner?providing a full scope of litigation discovery consulting services.
